Welcome to our e-commerce site for purchasing animals for sacrifice. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully before making any purchase.
- Animal Information and Availability
- We strive to ensure that the pictures and information of the animals available on our site are updated on a timely basis. However, there may be instances where this is not possible.
- If we are unable to procure the exact animal shown in the pictures or described in the information, we will inform you promptly and offer you an alternative selection of animals.
- If you choose not to accept an alternative animal, you may request a refund. The refund will be processed and credited to your account within the time frame determined by your financial service provider.
- Replacement of Unhealthy or Deceased Animals
- If an animal is found to be unhealthy or an event occurs resulting in the death of the animal before the scheduled sacrifice, we will provide a replacement animal on the 2nd day of Eid or a day later on any other day.
- This replacement period allows us sufficient time to procure another animal at our cost.
- We do not charge you an additional margin or insurance fee; hence, we bear the risk of loss in such cases.
- Livestock Damage Due to Disease
- In the unfortunate event of a disease outbreak affecting a large section of animals, we may not be able to provide replacement animals.
- In such cases, we will bear 50% of the cost of the replacement animal, and the sacrifice will be conducted once we receive the remaining funds from you.
- Force Majeure
- If we are unable to fulfill our commitments due to unforeseen events (force majeure), we will refund portions of the funds that you have paid. This includes any profits and unused funds.
- Force majeure events include but are not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, epidemics, pandemics, and other events beyond our reasonable control.
- Charge-backs and Refunds
- We will not honor any charge-backs on any credit card purchases.
- There are no refunds unless they are related to non-performance of the sacrifice as indicated by Merabakra.com.
- Loss of Meat Due to Theft or Violence
- We do not guarantee the loss of meat due to an event of theft or an act of violence.
- Any such losses are beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible for them.
General Terms
- By purchasing an animal from our site, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
- We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our site, and your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
